“Items from Home”
You will be required to bring in a texture to photograph or scan. Consider how they feel, how they might scan, how they would look if photographed.
Some examples:
· Notebook paper crinkled, folded, burned, spray painted, etc.
· Newspaper—drawn on or painted on
· Foil
· Saran wrap
· Tissue paper
· Burlap
· Denim
· T-shirt
· Clothing
· Blanket
· Leaves, grass, hay
· Wood
· Hair
· Towels
· Personal belongings (significant meaning or importance)
Additionally you will be asked to take and email to yourself 2 photos that represent you, your family, or someone important to your character
· Black and white photo
· Digital photo
· Color image
· Family portrait
Finally, you are going to include some of your own writing or drawings or sketches—you may type these in Photoshop or scan them in using the Flatbed Scanner
